The Credence management team has extensive experience in working with all levels of government and in serving in senior executive positions within Government Agencies, Private Companies, and Professional/Non-Profit Associations. They each have managed profitable IT services businesses in emerging and mature markets and have a proven record of growing government contracting companies. They are business technologist and practitioners who have achieved industry recognition in their areas of expertise, focused on delivering solutions aligned to mission needs quickly and cost effectively. We are a small company with the experience, skills and relationships of a big one.

David Beveridge, PMPMr. David Beveridge serves as practice manager for our State and Local government consulting services, where he provides senior program and project management, strategic planning, business process analysis, and Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services to a variety of clients. He has more than 25 years experience managing projects and initiatives for state and federal government, non-profit, and commercial clients. Prior to joining Credence, he led government projects to help federal government agencies achieve their business and technology objectives. He assisted federal agencies such as the White House, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Energy (DOE). Dave holds a Master of Science degree from Simmons College Graduate School. |

Siddhartha Chowdhary, PMPMr. Siddhartha (Sid) Chowdhary serves as our CEO. Sid has previously co-founded another technology services firm and held executive positions with multiple government contracting companies, where he was instrumental in their development. Sid is very active in the IT community—working with organizations that connect government to industry. He currently serves as the President of PAN-IIT Alumni Association USA, as an appointed member of the Fairfax County IT Policy Advisory Committee (ITPAC), and is the past-chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Government Committee. Sid has been selected as one of the 2010 "Minority Business Leaders" by the Washington Business Journal and the 2010 "50 Powerful Minority Men in Business" by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council. He was also cited as 1105 Government Information Group's "Rising Stars: the up and coming in the government IT community," and was recognized at the 21st Annual Government Computing News (GCN) Awards for "Outstanding Information Technology Achievement in Government." Sid is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and attended executive education programs at the Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI). |

Prashant Gaur, PMPMr. Prashant Gaur ("PG") serves as our President. Prior to joining Credence, Prashant served as Director of Enterprise Integration at the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, he worked with both the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Services to drive the modernization and integration of complex business systems across DoD. Prashant also served as Deputy to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he was responsible for business transformation initiatives and resolving critical issues such as implementation of enterprise architecture and the transition from legacy to modernized systems. Prior to joining public service, Prashant was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the establishment of enterprise resource planning and infrastructure practices for PwC in the federal sector, and was also VP at a systems integration firm. Prashant also recently served as President of ACT-IAC (American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council), the largest federal voluntary IT organization. Prashant did his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Maryland on a Fellowship, received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and is graduate of the Wharton Executive Education Program. |
